We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Warehouse Operative to come and join us at our site in Stafford, UK. You will be working Monday – Friday 09:00 -17:00, which will be your permanent hours.

Key Responsibilies

• Loading and unloading products
• Assist with the loading of company vehicles, ensuring loads are safe and secure
• Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area
• Packing parts for shipping around the world
• All duties to be completed in line with company safety procedures
• Undertake general housekeeping as required
• Comply with work instructions
• Comply with all quality documents and procedures
• Follow production schedules as required and meet deadlines
• To report any quality defects to the Team Leader.

To maintain our high standards and to meet Quality requirements, candidates will also be required to:

• Support the Quality Team to maintain quality standards on site at the USA facility
• Work alongside Departmental Managers to collate data to meet the company KPI’s
• Ensure the company objectives are met
• Support all internal and external audit processes

Essential Experience & Skills

• Experience of working in a manual handling role
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good attention to detail to highlight any issues or defects
• Forklift Operator License is preferred
• Ability to work under supervision and on own initiative
• Well organised & dependable
• Working quickly and efficiently to get work done to a high standard but on time
• Practical. Able to use basic hand tools
